Alicia mentionned in her post yesterday about things that annoyed her. Like the smell of candles blown out. This is what I wrote: "I love blown out candles. I used to ask to be the one to blow out any candle in the house when I was little... woosh... oops, was I not supposed to blow out the dinner candles yet? You say dinner hasn't even started? Oh, my bad. Light them again...wooosh ...it must be the wind in here!! really."
And just yesterday I was considering how annoying I can be... even to myself. I like to think everyone has time to chat with me and talk about whatever is on my mind... ahem, but I guess they don't!!! (some people have to work or actually do clean the house). So, pondering this question of what some consider lovely and some consider annoying, what is it that you find annoying?

1) Yes you win! Two extra brownie points! And actually I think the wording is, 'man, it pours'.
2) What annoys me? People who are rude drivers. Parents who continue to allow their children to misbehave. Goodness knows that my children would choose to test their limits in public, but letting the kids win every time really bothers me. Rude teenagers. There's a pattern here: I get annoyed with rude people. Oh--and sales people who talk to each other or on their phones while waiting on you.
You can come to my house and blow out the candles whenever you want and then relight them again. We're all piros here at Willow's Cottage.
PS: should that be pyros?
people who are clearly at the stop sign way ahead of me and instead of just driving feel the need to stay put and wave me on. Don't do me any favors. Just drive already.
I sound like a hateful person, don't I?
Oh, and people who bring their children to parties and expect all the guests to watch them so they can have a good time.
The thing that annoys me most is people with a total disregard for others.
You know the ones who insist on getting as close to school in their car as possible to drop their kids off - as their little darlings are obviously too special to walk even 1 yard!
I also can't stand people who let their kids eat food in the supermarket that they haven't yet paid for - feed your child before you go and just tell them NO if they ask for something - there are rules people and it doesn't hurt children to know that too!!!
Oh no, you've got me started now. Going to stop before I upset everyone!!

One thing I find really annoying is two little boys chewing with their mouths open at the dinner table. I don't know what it is. Part of me thinks with those adult teeth they just don't have room to close their mouths! Unfortunately, that and elbows are one of my pet peeves.
ignorance :)
My current pet peeve is neighbors who don't recycle. They're also usually the ones with the most trash in their driveway. Consume, consume, consume and then just dump it. Grr!
On positive note...I love the smell of blown out candles, too!
